A historic Conversation, of leaders for leaders, that will assist the launch of a needed and welcome neighborhood based pop-up series of reflective, passionate, honest, yet inspiring Dinner Conversations shared by African Americans, We Need To Talk: Our Pain, Our Challenges, Our Hopes. Such Conversations are important for meaningful civic engagement and sustained investment in social capital that preserves the resiliency of our great city.

We are pleased to note that several of our foremost Philadelphia leaders such as Philadelphia’s Mayor, Michael A. Nutter; President and General Manager of WURD 900 AM Radio, Sarah Lomax Reese; and the CEO and President and CEO of the Urban League of Philadelphia, Rosalyn J. McPherson are invited to serve as Guest Conversationalists, and join leaders like you in modeling and giving voice to the issues that compel the collective attention of the city’s African American Community.
